Consultation Services

Our suite of consultation services supports the organic, OCal and Regenerative Organic Certified ® community, whether you are a first-time producer or an established industry organization.

Certification Support:
Organic, Regenerative Organic Certified® and OCal

  • Organic and OCal: Getting started may include (as applicable): completing an Organic or OCal System Plan, developing record-keeping systems, compiling land history documentation, and submitting an application to your certifier.

  • Regenerative Organic Certified®: Getting started may include (as applicable): completing a Regenerative Organic System Plan, conducting a living wage calculation and wage gap analysis, developing social compliance policies and procedures, compiling soil testing documentation, and submitting an application to the Regenerative Organic Alliance.

  • We are happy to handle your certification paperwork on a continual basis. We can be the primary point of contact with your certifier to ensure we receive all requests for information. We will work with you to craft appropriate, timely responses for ongoing compliance.

Meeting Facilitation

  • Our team has experience successfully facilitating industry meetings, from speaker panels at conferences to organizational Board Meetings.

  • We can help you ensure conversational goals are met, standards for behavior are maintained, and all voices at the table have the opportunity to share and reflect.

Project Collaboration and Deliverables

  • We have facilitated working groups, established Best Practices, developed resources for updated regulations, and even authored National Organic Program forms. We are here to help with your next big industry project, from impact reports to conference planning.
